Can't install correctly the compiler in my computer

Debian 5.10.162-1 (2023-01-21) x86_64 GNU/Linux

I get the following error when i want compile

   1. *Invalid drive or directory. Press ESC. *
   2. *C:\BIN\BORRAR.C: Unable to create output file
   'C:\TC20\OUTPUT\BORRAR.obj'*
