I found a simple guide at

In summary:
Create new sources file:
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/oracle-virtualbox.list

with this text:
deb https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian buster contrib


Run this command to add key:
wget -q https://www.virtualbox.org/download/oracle_vbox_2016.asc -O- | 
sudo apt-key add -


apt(-get) update
and install
apt(-get) install virtualbox-6.0

This installed Version 6.0.10 r132072 (Qt5.9.5)
