Yes I know the title is sort of vague but I have the specific error message. E: linux-image-4.19.0-5-amd64: installed linux-image-4.19.0-5-amd64 package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1E: linux-image-amd64: dependency problems - leaving unconfiguredE: initramfs-tools: installed initramfs-tools package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1 This is all new hardware;Ryzen 1950 CPU128GB ramASRock MB x399 TaichiAsrock RX570 GPU The system is running on the originally installed kernel, but I tried to do a basic update and apt tried to install the kernel image listed but failed. There are hardware incompatibilities with the GPU but I will get that fixed. Need drivers.I am just puzzled by the error message. Thanks!John
