woops. openssl 1.0.2 doesn't have 'list' command (1.1.0 has 'list').
Instead, I can 'openssl ciphers' command.

$ openssl ciphers -ssl3
Error in cipher list
140431216178832:error:1410D0B9:SSL routines:SSL_CTX_set_cipher_list:no
cipher match:ssl_lib.c:1294:

$ openssl ciphers -tls1
ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES256-GCM-SHA (snip)
