You do not need WPS to hack a Wifi-Router You need only to know, on which chanel someone is transfering data and then you use a WiFi card to sniff the same channel. WEP can be hacked in less then 5 seconds, WPA in arround 30 seconds and WPA2 in less then 5 minutes on a ThinkPad T400. We have done this in Strasbourg several 100 times successfully!
