In fact I didn't use it at all.

Now they are both:

cupsfilter: File "/usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertosamsungspl" permissions OK
(040755/uid=0/gid=0).
cupsfilter: File "/usr/lib/cups/filter/commandtops" permissions OK
(040755/uid=0/gid=0).
cupsfilter: Unable to determine MIME type of "/etc/nsswitch".
