I assume the message comes from https://sources.debian.org/src/cdrom-detect/1.98/debian/cdrom-detect.postinst/?hl=23#L23 or https://sources.debian.org/src/cdrom-detect/1.98/debian/cdrom-detect.postinst/?hl=216#L216 when it tries to find the ISO 9660 filesystem from which the running system was booted. (The confusing messages are excusable. Debian ISOs are originally supposed to boot from CD media. USB sticks are a novelty from 2011. :)) Have a nice day :) Thomas
