Within a few minutes, you would > be able to run the file successfully Just a small correction, I believe in this case you would need to copy the sub apks: config.*.apk into: /sdcard/storage/emulated/0/Android/obb/com.starlink.mobile/ Then install: com.starlink.mobile.apk from the android emulator file manager.
