Buster was released in the summer of 2019, so it's not totally
unreasonable for one of its packages to have been last updated in 2017.
Especially if there weren't any changes to the official federal US
holidays between 2017 and 2019.  (I have no idea whether that's true;
I don't normally keep track of such things.)
