It's not possible. The simplest solution with smallest external 
dependency is to just use a free dynamic DNS service to register the 
home IP so you can find it, then you can SSH directly to the home IP 
using the DNS name. You could even use two different dynamic DNS 
providers so you aren't dependent on any one.
