Hello I am a final year student and I am 17 years old and I want to be a
part of your big family. By checking the website I found that you need
documents to confirm that I cannot get at this age, at least for another 1
or 2 years. Is it possible for you to introduce me a way so that I can join
you?

You don't need to be a Debian Developer to contribute to Debian.
So, for now, don't worry about that.
