Hi,

I was looking for copyrighted files and found

jupyter-notebook/docs/sphinxext/ which lists an "All rights reserved"
copyright.

Adapted from bitbucket example here:
https://bitbucket.org/birkenfeld/sphinx-contrib/src/tip/bitbucket/sphin
xcontrib/bitbucket.py

"""
#
# Original Copyright (c) 2010 Doug Hellmann. All rights reserved.
#

Also the source url doesn't work.

I think I found the bitbucket version at

https://bitbucket.org/dhellmann/sphinxcontrib-bitbucket

at this URL
https://bitbucket.org/dhellmann/sphinxcontrib-bitbucket/src/36be4abe62e
594ad7d6673d62983c23c541d401d/sphinxcontrib/bitbucket.py?at=default&fil
eviewer=file-view-default

The bitbucket repository does have a BSD-2-Clause license file, and the
notebook github.py file looks like it's a derived work from the
bitbucket.py file.

My guess would be to add a block for the bitbucket license.txt to
d/copyright, and then list the copyright holder as the original 2010
Doutg Hellman & The Jupyter Development Team.

There's the issue that the original file is 2-clause and the modified
file is 3-clause... but I suppose since the 2-clause license is a
subset, and is included it does technically meet the license
conditions.

Diane
