Hello pythoners,

I'd like to join the team so that I can put my new package,
pytest-helpers-namespace (#867375), under DPMT team maintenance.

I have read, and I accept,
<https://python-modules.alioth.debian.org/policy.html>.

My alioth username is spwhitton.

Thanks!
