Hello,

I am taking over membernator, currently maintained by pollo. To this
end, I'd like to be granted access to the team to allow me to
effectively do so. I am taowa on Salsa.

I have read and agree to the Python Applications Packaging Team
Policy [1],

Thanks,
Taowa
