Dear Debian folks,

Selecting INTEL_IOMMU_DEFAULT_ON [1] causes problem on my Dell Latitude
E7250.

00:00.0 Host bridge [0600]: Intel Corporation Broadwell-U Host
Bridge -OPI [8086:1604] (rev 09)
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Intel Corporation HD
Graphics 5500 [8086:1616] (rev 09)

Using `intel_iommu=igfx_off` works around the issue [2].

There are many reports on the Web about the same issues when this option
is selected. I created a separate issue in the freedesktop.org bug
tracker [3] with all logs attached.

Until upstream fixes this, I suggest to not select that configuration
option.

Kind regards,

Paul
