Unfortunately there's no planned fix yet.  Upstream kernel folks
suggested something but that leads to other problems.

It's best to download the debian-arm mbox and search for "external
abort on linefetch" since the thread was over several months (or
years, in fact, starting in July 2017).

Basically, the suggestion was to use VMSPLIT_3G_OPT=y but several
people reported that while this fixes the original issue, networking
doesn't work anymore.
