This bug is marked as affecting the release-notes. I don't think this is relevant for stretch or buster anymore? If not, I'll like to remove the "affects", to not clutter the release-notes bug list. Again, it should have been mentioned and I don't believe the kernel has
a workaround for this, but it would probably be pointless to mention
now.
