* Upstream stable fixes for security, stability, and regressions
* Various other important fixes
* Enable additional hardware support
* Make more drivers available for use in the installer
* Enable RANDOM_TRUST_CPU to improve entropy availability
* Update trusted certificates and signing metadata to work with
  production signing service
* Fixes for build profiles and cross-builds
* [x86] Disable a.out support as it's obsolete and a security liability
* [x86] Drop fix for #865303, which no longer affects Debian's OpenJDK
* [ppc64el] Disable PCMCIA, as it was never available on this platform
