According to DevRef §3.1.4 that’s your job as maintainer, but, in
this instance, it was easy enough. I am not qualified enough (not
knowledgeable about the entire kernel, DR-whatever-i-or-m, X.org,
etc. stack) to respond to their backquestions though.

I've filed #908155 against developers-reference to fix this.
