Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation?
My OS is inside the Virtualbox.
I do not get this problem on my OS on laptop hardware.
On every Kernel update: when I reboot, the system boots into recovery mode.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I get it solved by executing:
apt install linux-image-4.9.0-7-amd64 --reinstall
* What was the outcome of this action?
* What outcome did you expect instead?
