Please add CONFIG_USB_PHY=y to the x86 and amd64 configs for future
builds.  This is required by the DWC2 and 3 modules (among others) for USB
xDCI.

I don't think that's correct.  CONFIG_USB_PHY cannot be explicitly
enabled, but should be selected automatically by drivers that need it.

What makes you think the configuration needs to be changed?  Do you
have an example of a working configuration file?
