The dpkg patches have been included in stable, and we have reports of at least one package with riscv64 enabled being successfully uploaded without getting rejected by dak, so I've enabled this and should be included in the next upload to sid: https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/linux/commit/ba1733832fd94334fc88847ee013c3d62be29009 live well, vagrant
