Dear Maintainer,

I would like to kindly request the inclusion of the CONFIG_EDAC_PND2=m kernel
config option, allowing systems with a intel pondicherry2 memory controller out
of the box to monitor the installed ecc ram. The option was introduced with
v4.11 and is currently not set on any architecture. I don't know of any side
effects, as this option just results in an additional kernel module to be build.

It may also be desirable to enable this option in the linux-config-4.18 package.

As a workaround, I manually build the pnd2_edac module using the corresponding
linux-headers and linux-source packages.

I wanted to do that and noticed that Romain was quicker than me and
already did[1]. Tagging as pending to not let someone else try to do that
:-)

Best regards
Uwe
