Package: linux-image-arm64
Version: 4.15.11-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

In Debian kernels 4.15 and 4.16 for arm64 this kernel config :

CONFIG_MDIO_BUS_MUX_MMIOREG

is missing to fully enable ethernet support for the Amlogic Meson GXL based
boards like the LibreTech-CC or Khadas VIM, thus d-i netboot cannot setup the
interface to finalize system install.

The upstream commit 88c9cb7c109e ("ARM64: configs: Activate Internal PHY for
Meson GXL") activates the correct configs for upstream defconfig.

Best Regards,
Neil Armstrong
