These seem to be genuine bugs.

Bug #897802 {Done: Ben Hutchings <ben@decadent.org.uk>} [src:linux] linux: ftbfs with GCC-8
'reopen' may be inappropriate when a bug has been closed with a version;
all fixed versions will be cleared, and you may need to re-add them.
Bug reopened
No longer marked as fixed in versions 4.16.12-1.
> notfixed -1 4.16.12-1
Bug #897802 [src:linux] linux: ftbfs with GCC-8
Ignoring request to alter fixed versions of bug #897802 to the same values previously set
