Hi! This can be solved by replacing firmware-6.bin by the newest one from the official repository: https://github.com/kvalo/ath10k-firmware/tree/master/QCA6174/hw3.0/4.4.1 It was added about a month ago. See also this commit: https://github.com/kvalo/ath10k-firmware/commit/7eb330e1e0f21f325f4f50a98922b3be04d43722 (which mentions a WPA-related issue). I did this temporarily until the firmware-atheros package is updated. After boot/module reload, the journal should report the new version (≥ 4.4.1-0079): > sudo journalctl --boot | grep WLAN.RM Jan 16 10:22:38 quantum kernel: ath10k_pci 0000:3a:00.0: firmware ver WLAN.RM.4.4.1-00079-QCARMSWPZ-1 api 6 features wowlan,ignore-otp crc32 fd869beb For more details, see also this Arch forum post: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1737681#p1737681 Kind regards, Paul -- Web: http://paul.luon.net/ | E-mail: paul@luon.net XMPP: paul@luon.net | GnuPG: 0xC6DE073EDA9EEC4D
