It's a bug on 4.9.0-3 Debian's kernel ! I upgrade kernel to 4.13 and hibernate work on Lenovo B 590 ! With Debian 8 also hibernate work ( kernel 3.16 ) so there is a bug on 4.9.0-3 kernel !

Then after upgrading to Debian 9 it did not. But it also does not work with Debian 9 running the 3.16 kernel from Debian 8. And it also does not work on Debian 9 running the 4.13 kernel from unstable (at least in August, when I wrote the bugreport).
