| Message-ID | <sshK9-6mi-7@gated-at.bofh.it> |
Package: src:linux
Version: 4.7.5-1~bpo8+2
Followup-For: Bug #836411
Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation?
Tried to have hibernate workon my i7 4600k hp laptop
so I installed the hibernate package and uswsusp (stable and unstable)
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Well after install and reboot, this kernel won't boot.
* What was the outcome of this action?
Hangs at boot, waiting for Btrfs filesystem
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Well, it was supposed to startup

Please test the default kernel-based hibernation by running 'systemctl hibernate'. If that also doesn't work, open a *new* bug against the kernel, otherwise you can open a bug against whichever package you tried using first.
