Some of the started machines are still running in normal (accessible from network). Earlier kernel on this system (3.14-2-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.14.15-2) works fine with both XEN 4.3 and 4.6 Have another system with 4.3.0-1-amd64 and XEN 4.6 what works fine, but there are only 1 domU.
