Starting with src:linux 7.2, the kernel config file is moved to
/lib/modules/${version}/config instead of /boot/config-${version} [1].
This causes initramfs-tools to emit a warning when generating the
initrd:

| W: Kernel configuration /boot/config-7.2+unreleased-riscv64 is missing, zstd compression support (CONFIG_RD_ZSTD) cannot be checked and is assumed to be available

initramfs-tools actually looks in /lib/modules/${version}, but expect
the config file to be named config-${version}. This need to be updated.

Alternatively, as dracut is now the default initrd generator, maybe
support for initramfs-tools should be removed from the src:linux
package.

While I'm not against this, it seems a bit early. TTBOMK the live-boot
ecosystem still needs initramfs-tools. Please give affected users 
more time.

Ok, got it, so let's fix that in initramfs-tools, I have submitted a MR:
https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/initramfs-tools/-/merge_requests/202

Once in testing, it will also need to be uploaded to trixie-backports to 
support backported kernels.
