Does this make sense to enable only on arm64 additionally or is there
reasons to make the module available as well on other architectures?

Honestly I'm not sure. TTBOMK wine directly won't run on anything 
else than i386, amd64, arm64.

But there's some info on the box64 blog about running translated 
games on looong64, possibly with wine or proton -inside- box64. That 
would again need CONFIG_NTSYNC.

So maybe it makes sense to enable this on everything that can 
reasonably to be expected to run games.

Thanks for the input. I expect we can discuss this tonight in the team
meeting. My preference would then be to only additionally enable it
for now on arm64 as requested, as I do not know the state for looong64
for this aspect.
