Package: src:linux Version: 6.12.38-1 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-CC: Tollef Fog Heen <tfheen@err.no> Dear Maintainer, In 6.12.38, my bluetooth headset no longer works. It connects fine, but disconnects immediately upon trying to adjust volume or playing sound through it. This works fine with 6.12.33 (confirmed by rebooting into the older kernel). This is using a pretty ordinary USB bluetooth dongle. The headset is a JBL LIVE650BTNC (I have not tried with another headset, if you think that makes a difference I'm happy to try). Relevant lines from the the log when it disconnects: aug. 12 09:38:35 sobitogeev bluetoothd[1454]: /org/bluez/hci0/dev_88_D0_39_38_5E_76/sep1/fd1: fd(32) ready aug. 12 09:38:35 sobitogeev wireplumber[4101]: spa.bluez5.sink.media: 0x55bf143de068: error 24 aug. 12 09:38:35 sobitogeev bluetoothd[1454]: src/profile.c:ext_io_disconnected() Unable to get io data for Hands-Free Voice gateway: getpeername: Transport endpoint is not connected (107) aug. 12 09:38:35 sobitogeev wireplumber[4101]: spa.bluez5: Failed to release transport /org/bluez/hci0/dev_88_D0_39_38_5E_76/sep1/fd1: Method "Release" with signature "" on interface "org.bluez.MediaTransport1" doesn't exist aug. 12 09:38:35 sobitogeev dbus-daemon[1456]: [system] Rejected send message, 0 matched rules; type="method_return", sender=":1.104" (uid=1000 pid=4101 comm="/usr/bin/wireplumber") interface="(unset)" member="(unset)" error name="(unset)" requested_reply="0" destination=":1.1" (uid=0 pid=1454 comm="/usr/libexec/bluetooth/bluetoothd") Happy to provide whatever debug information I can in order to get this working again. -- Package-specific info:
