#89057 — Bug#1113681: please enable LEDS_TRIGGER_INPUT_EVENTS

FromAnton Khirnov <anton@khirnov.net>
Date2025-09-01 08:50 +0200
SubjectBug#1113681: please enable LEDS_TRIGGER_INPUT_EVENTS
Message-ID<Lq6wx-bWeh-3@gated-at.bofh.it>
Source: linux
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer(s),
the input-events LED trigger was added in 6.11, and allows a LED to be
turned on as long as there is input activity. This would be useful to me
to keep my laptop's keyboard backlight on only while I'm typing.

Thanks,
