thanks for reporting back.

Actually I'm unsure if this is a kernel problem. The behaviour change
is induced by:

5559598742fb ("drm/amd/display: Pass non-null to dcn20_validate_apply_pipe_split_flags")

which is in 5.18-rc1 (and got backported to v5.17.10 and v5.15.42.

Can you plese double check your MMIO related BIOS settings?

Regards,
Salvatore

Hello.
I have tested old kernels
linux-image-5.17.0-2-amd64-unsigned (5.7.6-1)
linux-image-5.17.0-3-amd64-unsigned (5.7.11-1)
In first case - error is absent, in second - error is present.
Also, I check the BIOS settings. There is no any MMIO settings. This is
notebook, it have very small BIOS settings at all.
