Can you please provide kernel logs from both booting with 5.10.218-1
and 5.10.223-1? Additionally please do report as followup with the
rthe information collected through the bugscripts, this in fact would
add as well present hardware information which could be of help here.

Regards,
Salvatore

- The Ethernet driver in question is sky2, which hasn't changed between
  these versions.
- There are 4 boots logged with the new kernel version, and in 1 case
the "No irq handler for vector" error appears.
- There are 2 boots logged with the old kernel version, and in both
cases the "No irq handler for vector" error appears.
- In all boots the Ethernet link is reported as up soon after boot,
though it's sometimes a bit wobbly (with both old and new version).

So I'm not convinced that there's a regression here.

Ben.

It is easier to write an incorrect program
than to understand a correct one.

I did not in an analytic way compared the logs, but one difference I
noticed is the following:

sky2 0000:08:00.0 eth0: addr 00:1d:ba:ad:c0:b8
sky2 0000:08:00.0 eth0: enabling interface
sky2 0000:08:00.0 eth0: Link is up at 100 Mbps, full duplex, flow control both
IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): eth0: link becomes ready
sky2 0000:08:00.0 eth0: disabling interface
sky2 0000:08:00.0 eth0: enabling interface
