IMHO, #1090363 and #1090364 is the same bug.

I guess the screen is no more any outputs after amdgpu module loaded.

How about press Alt + Ctrl + F1 or Alt + Ctrl + F2?
Would you see the login prompt?

The new kernel(6.12.5) failed to start properly twice, already started 
using the old kernel (6.12.3)

I can't see the login information, it will keep opening at the location 
where I took the screenshot
