We intend to ship trixie with 6.12.x. Would you please try a 6.12 kernel
(from experimental) if it also shows these symptoms. If yes, we should
probably forward this to upstream.

I quickly tested it with 6.12.3-rt and was able to connect without issues
so far.

Ok that is great indeed. While it would be nice to pinpoint the
upstream change fixing it, I think it's suffcient for our case to mark
it as fixed with 6.12.3-1.
