Hi This weeks meeting will happen today at 20:00(!) UTC in #debian-kernel. Due to return to standard time in Europe, future meetings will happen one hour later (at 21:00 MET/MEST). Please note the change in place. Here you can find the current agenda: https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/meetings/-/wikis/20241030 Please reply here if you would like to add more points. If possible, I would like to discuss how we could handle firmware-nonfree and open CVEs in stable. If we do not find time I might just talk to Ben about it. Currently I'm biased towards having to mark firmware-nonfree issues as ignored for older releases, as we simply often have only scarce information about the CVEs and know only they are fixed in version YYYYMMDD upstream. This is a bit different for amd64-microcode and intel-microcode updates were we (we as in Debian, but done by the maintainer, backport the upper version to stable, oldstable and so on). Regards, Salvatore
