Hi

I would like to upload linux version 6.11.5-1 to unstable. It imports
only one stable version on top, 6.11.5. Most importantly it fixes a
data corruption issue, by reverting an upstream commit while upstream
is working on a fix. The issue is tracked as #1085425.

Thanks to Aurelien Jarno for investigating the issue and preparing the
revert.

Regards,
Salvatore

DSA would be interested to also get bug #1085953 fixed as it prevents
running the current testing/unstable kernel on riscv64 hosts. The patch
is queued for 6.11.6, do you think we can still backport it in this
version?

BTW as we are approaching the point release, please note that the bug
got backported in 6.1.113 and the fix is queued for 6.1.115.

Regards
Aurelien

Ack yes I can cherry-pick this as well.

Yes I'm awaere it got backported unfortunately as well in the 6.1.y
series. I'm not yet sure if uploading another 6.1.y to bookworm via
point release or actually doing another DSA release, but will keep
that in mind and make sure not introducing #1085953 in bookworm.

Regards,
Salvatore
