Hi

You seem to run an old version 6.1.76-1, so please upgrade to the most
recent kernel provided in Debian bookworm (6.1.99-1).

As we have only very little information here: Can you consistently
reproduce the issue under the specific workload with the current
6.1.99-1 in bookworm?

Regards,
Salvatore

Thanks for quickly reporting back already.

So please du upgrade to the latest kernel, and then report back if you
still encountered the issue. If you are able to collect kernel logs
that would be helpful for the lpfc maintainers in case we have
something to be forwarded.

Salvatore

Currently the system is running, but it looks like all san paths are gone ("multipath -ll" shows nothing). I got the kernel log and a verbose output from multipath. If something other is required, please contact me.

Can you please verify that the firmware on the system and the HBA if
uptodate? Someone mentioned that there might be similar bugs fixed, but
I can not pinpoint any specifics.

According to Broadcom, 14.4.317.7 is current as of last month. See

Any news here? or can we close the bug?
