On the Dell XPS 13 9360 with

     $ lspci -nn -s 3a:00
     3a:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174 
802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter [168c:003e] (rev 32)
     $ dpkg -l firmware-atheros
     […]
     ii  firmware-atheros 20230625-2   all          Binary firmware for 
Qualcomm Atheros wireless cards
     $ md5sum /usr/lib/firmware/ath10k/QCA6174/hw3.0/firmware-6.bin
     8ced7808c8877e7f8ad664efc0f14992 
/usr/lib/firmware/ath10k/QCA6174/hw3.0/firmware-6.bin

firmware version 288 is loaded:

     ath10k_pci 0000:3a:00.0: firmware ver WLAN.RM.4.4.1-00288- api 6 
features wowlan,ignore-otp,mfp crc32 bf907c7c

The upstream repository contains version 309 already since June 22nd, 
2023 [1].

     $ md5sum QCA6174/hw3.0/4.4.1/firmware-6.bin_WLAN.RM.4.4.1-00309-
     ed43130330c505b084de2c5b820c32b0 
QCA6174/hw3.0/4.4.1/firmware-6.bin_WLAN.RM.4.4.1-00309-

It’d be great if you could distribute that version, as I still 
experience some problems with the firmware version 288.

It was added to the linux-firmware archive in December 2023 [2], and 
first released in version 20240115.
