Commit c0feea594e058223973db94c1c32a830c9807c86 changed `kernel/workqueue.c` 
around line 3066 and is the only change in that file that is part of 6.0 and 
not part of 5.19.
So it would be an interesting test to see if the issue 'goes away' if you'd 
build a kernel with that commit reverted (and boot into it ofc).
Can you try that?
