The same for me, pulseaudio --kill fixed it for the next audio output. Works fine before 11.6 point release/update. 00:1f.3 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation Comet Lake PCH-LP cAVS Linux notebook 5.10.0-20-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.158-2 (2022-12-13) x86_64 GNU/Linux
