Hello Vincent,
Finally I had to force the installation of the firmware-iwlwifi 20210818-1 for it to work.
Configuring preferences.d (with files => stable-prioritaire + testing-on-bullseye) and sources.list (see attached files) was not enough. By the way in Debian 12.1 sources.list is unusually short, it does not contain the "Bullseye base repository" or other directory, which can be very annoying for a beginner user...
After this manipulation the Bluetooth works +/-. When starting the OS for the first time, Bluetooth is present and working, I can connect my Logitech MX Anywhere 2S mouse but it is impossible to connect a Logitech CRAFT keyboard. Indeed, the Logitech CRAFT keyboard requires the entry of a series of numeric digits to confirm its connection with the OS, but no series of digits is provided by the OS to make this connection, so it fails...
After a simple start, the Bluetooth connection no longer works. If I try to start blueman-manager manually I get the following error message :

There is progress but it is not yet 100% functional...
Under Ubuntu everything works perfectly with the Kernel 5.11, but I hate using "snap" packages (Chromium, etc), and the daily updates of this OS are breaking my feet, so I avoid using it...
The only advantage of Ubuntu is the simplified management of discrete / integrated graphics cards (Intel / Nvidia) for Laptops. The rest, in this OS does not interest me, I prefer 1000 times a pure Debian.
Moreover, I hope that the simplified management of discrete / integrated graphics cards (Intel / Nvidia) for laptops will arrive soon in Debian, for the moment it is very complicated to set up when it wants to work well (it is is very finicky and it does not work well).

Installing the 'solaar' package should help you pair the keyboard with the
receiver.

Indeed, there are some warm boot initialization issues since Linux 5.13. Are
you able to reproduce the aforementioned issue when doing a cold boot?

Good evening Vincent, I am attaching 6 files to you with the commands you asked me to perform cold vs hot, hoping that this can help you to move things forward in the right direction. On the Ubuntu side, version 21.04 with kernel 5.11 manages my Wifi / Bluetooth card perfectly, whether it is in "cold" or "hot" start-up. It would be by far the easiest solution ... and they owe us that :) Concerning the problem of the keyboard in Bluetooth, it must certainly come from a module missing in the dependencies of "Blueman" ... I have to see it more closely when I have a moment to devote to it. Yes I am using a slightly customized version of Cinnamon as my desktop environment. I saw that SID was in version 5.14.12-1: amd64 as soon as it goes into testing, I'll install it and get back to you. Hopefully this will solve my problem.
