Package: linux-source-5.10
Version: 5.10.70-1

SSIA. Debian's 5.10 configuration will NOT build without the "dwarves"
package (`pahole`). In light of this some package, likely
linux-source-5.10 should recommend "dwarves".

After talking to Ben about this: Summarizing, it would make sense
to recommend it from linux-source-X.Y, and actually, unter the
assumption that many user will start with the Debian config, it would
make sense to recommend all of the tools that would be required (that
makes it likely at least libelf-dev, libssl-dev, openssl, python3).

Regards,
Salvatore
