Package: linux-image-5.10.0-8-amd64
Version: 5.10.46-2

As soon as the screen resolution changes, all LEDs (GPUTach) on the side of my Vega 56 light up and never turn off again, indicating a constant 100% utilization.

The fan spins slightly faster compared to when the card is idle (i.e. only the first LED on).

No problems at all when booting with 5.10.0-7-amd64.

This sounds like the exact same issue as reported here:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=991453

Can you verify that?

I confirm the attached patches fix the issue, thanks!

On an unrelated note: no bugs show up at https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=linux-image-5.10.0-8-amd64;dist=unstable aside from the one I opened, even when selecting "Archived and Unarchived".

How can I see the bugs that are closed?

This is the binary package (and contains the ABI). Just search for the
corresponding source package instread: src:linux
