Hi

I would like to upload linux version 5.10.9-1 to unstable later today
or tomorrow. It imports one further stable version from the previous
in unstable up to 5.10.9. It will contain an ABI bump.

The pending changes in the package are additionally:

   * Ignore ABI change for dfltcc_* symbols.
   * [riscv64] PCI: Enable PCI_HOST_GENERIC.
   * Bump ABI to 2
   * [rt] Update to 5.10.8-rt24
   * [arm64] Enable support for Marvell EBU SoC.
   * Enable remaining NET_ACT_*.
   * Enable ACPI_HMAT, EFI_SOFT_RESERVE.
   * Enable remaining THERMAL_GOV_*, ENERGY_MODEL.
   * Set SCTP_DEFAULT_COOKIE_HMAC_SHA1.

   * Enable CRYPTO_DEV_VIRTIO.
   * Enable DRM_AMD_DC_*.
   * [arm] Enable CRYPTO_NHPOLY1305_NEON. (closes: #980214)

   * [amd64] Enable SENSORS_AMD_ENERGY. (closes: #970699)
