Package: linux-image-5.10.0-1-amd64
Version: 5.10.4-1

* Additional Information I

Back and re installed *buster* and I can confirm the ' memory clock (mclk)
' works dynamically
and correctly using ' linux-image-5.9.0-0.bpo.2-amd64 '

*0: 400Mhz * ( buster on battery )*
1: 933Mhz
2: 1067Mhz
3: 1200Mhz

0: 400Mhz
1: 933Mhz
2: 1067Mhz
*3: 1200Mhz * ( bullseye on battery )*

These causes any simple app as pdf reader or web browser run the fan
constantly and
quickly raise the temperature of the processor

** Additional Information II*

Bullseye radeontop output when just started the laptop.

1,20G / 1,20G Memory Clock 100,00% ( no apps opened )

** Additional Information III*

root@debian:~# cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/amdgpu_pm_info
GFX Clocks and Power:
1200 MHz (MCLK)
200 MHz (SCLK)
700 MHz (PSTATE_SCLK)
933 MHz (PSTATE_MCLK)

GPU Temperature: 40 C

VCN: Disabled

Best Regards,

PS : Only tlp installed after getting all this information ( buster and
bullseye ).

Hi,

I've upgraded (from sid to testing) following packages :

- firmware-linux*

from 20201218-3 to 20210208-1

and

- firmware-amd-graphics

from 20201218-3 to 20210208-1

and now the memory clock has starting to work on low mode when the laptop
its on battery adapter
and low consume. Battery life immediately increases to almost 9 hours and
fan almost no operating. Temps really good now.

-----------------

linux-image-amd 5.10.13-1

Regards,
