Hi

I'm intending to upload linux version 5.4.13-1 to unstable tomorrow
(Sunday) including doing an ABI bump. The upload consists of imports
of new stable versions 5.4.9 up to 5.4.13 and additionally the
following relevant packaging changes:

   * signing_templates/rules.real: Include modules.builtin.modinfo file in
     image (Closes: #948427)
   * nvme: Ignore ABI changes
   * Bump ABI to 3.
   * f2fs: Fix crypto softdep: it uses crc32, not crc32c
