Howdy, maintainers,

It'd be great to set CONFIG_NETLABEL=y. I'm interested in packaging some
tools that depend on this flag.

This feature enables the usage of tools such as CIPSO, RIPSO, or CALIPSO,
which enable the tagging of IP packets between two cooperating hosts.

I submitted an MR to Salsa[1]
